Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping on all orders over $300 Australia-wide. Orders under $300 incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

DISPATCH
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Dispatch occurs from Coffs Harbour, NSW.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 2–4 business days
- Regional areas: 3–6 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (Christmas, Easter, public holidays).

TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Use this to track your order via the carrier's website.

PO BOXES
We ship to PO Boxes Australia-wide via Australia Post.

MISSED DELIVERIES
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your nearest post office or depot.

REMOTE AND RURAL AREAS
Additional delivery time may apply for remote and rural locations. If you are unsure whether your location is considered remote, contact us at hello@hosta.au before ordering.
